Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Doctor Junk Services website and requesting Dumpster Rental services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this site or our services.
Service Description
Doctor Junk Services provides Dumpster Rental solutions, including the delivery, placement, pickup, and disposal of waste materials via roll-off dumpsters for residential, commercial, and construction projects. All services are subject to availability and our acceptance of your service request based on project details and location.
User Responsibilities
You agree to use our Dumpster Rental services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for ensuring the dumpster is used only for allowed materials, is not overloaded beyond weight or fill limits, and is placed in an authorized location. You must secure any required permits for placement on public property.
Booking and Payment Terms
A request for a quote or service booking constitutes an offer. A binding agreement is formed upon our written confirmation. Payment terms are as specified in your service agreement. We require payment for rental fees, disposal costs, and any applicable overage or extension charges as detailed in our comprehensive quote.
Prohibited Materials
You expressly agree not to place hazardous, toxic, flammable, or otherwise prohibited materials (e.g., paints, chemicals, tires, refrigerated appliances) into the rented dumpster. Violation will result in additional fees for proper disposal and may lead to immediate termination of service and liability for damages and cleanup costs.
Rental Period and Extensions
The standard rental period is defined in your service agreement. Extensions may be available upon request and are subject to availability and additional fees. It is your responsibility to schedule pickup before the rental period ends. Unauthorized retention of the dumpster will incur daily late fees.
Liability and Damages
Doctor Junk Services is not liable for any damage to the placement surface (e.g., driveway, asphalt) beyond what is considered normal wear from careful placement and removal. You are liable for any damage to the dumpster itself from misuse, overloading, or prohibited materials, and for any injury or damage arising from your use of the service.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel a confirmed Dumpster Rental order without penalty if notification is provided at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time. Cancellations with less notice may incur a fee. Doctor Junk Services reserves the right to cancel service due to safety concerns, access issues, or misrepresentation of project details.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Doctor Junk Services and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress, including those related to Dumpster Rental, may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Doctor Junk Services.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the state where Doctor Junk Services is principally located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the Dumpster Rental services shall be instituted in the courts of that state.
